口碑很好的GIS外文期刊[转载]

粗粗来讲，GIS相关的刊物可以分为四类，第一类就是直接聚焦地理信息科学的，如IJGIS，另外三类分别是地理，遥感和信息科学的，它们都与GIS有关，也会接受GIS的文章，这也是个鸡蛋蛋黄模型。

在蛋黄中，觉得以下刊物应该被包括：
International Journal of Geographical Information Science（毫无疑问。在TGIS那篇文章中，将其排名第一）
Computers and Geosciences （偏技术实现）
Transactions in GIS （口碑很好，但是不是SCI收录，影响了来自中国的稿源）
GeoInformatica（偏信息技术）
Cartography and Geographic Information Sciences （也不是SCI）
Computers, Environments and Urban Systems
Geographical Analysis
Journal of Geographical Systems
Spatial Cognition and Computation
Cartographica
Journal of Geographic Information and Decision Analysis

在外围中，遥感应该关系比较密切，有以下刊物可能应该被列出：
International Journal of Remote Sensing
ISPRS Jounal of Photogrametry and Remote Sensing
Photogrammetric Engineering and Remote Sensing
International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation(上述四个刊物经常可见GIS的文章)
IEEE Transactions Geoscience and Remote Sensing
Remote Sensing of Environment (这两个刊物应该是遥感领域最好的了，但是GIS文章比较少)
Mapping Sciences and Remote Sensing
Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing
GIScience & Remote Sensing

如果要做应用的话，可以发的刊物实在太多了，所有与地理空间沾点边的都可以（如生态、水文、环境、交通、公共卫生），在地理方面，有以下刊物（肯定不全）：
Annals of the Association of American Geographers （差不多是地理领域最好的刊物了）
URISA Journal
Environment and Planning A
Environment and Planning B
Landscape Ecology
Professional Geographer
Progress in Human Geography
Transactions of the Institute of British Geographers
Canadian Geographer
Applied Geography

至于要做偏理论、算法一点的，那在信息技术领域的刊物应该都可以，比如Journal of Visual Languages & Computing，Fuzzy Sets and Systems等等，太多了，因为GIS又可以视为信息技术和信息科学的一个方向和一个应用，所以在这些刊物发表也无问题，主要的遗憾就是相对于信息科学的其他分支，如数据库、CAD、WWW、信息安全等，GIS在里面显得力量太弱小了。
