本文介绍在Windows Server 2012 R2中文版中安装OpenStack Hyper-V Compute组件时遇到的错误：“There is a problem with this Windows Installer package...”。通过更改系统语言设置为英文，成功解决了字符解析问题，完成安装。

 

在WIN2012R2中文版上面安装OpenStack Hyper-V Compute死活报错 “There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. “

排查方式就是打开服务器管理器—本地服务器—事件，看到的日志

发现貌似是字符解析出了问题，所以就试着修改一下系统的语言，改为英语。解决了！

compute节点重启libvirtd.service，openstack-nova-compute.service，libvirt.service正常，但openstack-nova-compute.service仍然无法启动。##这里的“openstack”就是用户名，“RABBIT_PASS”是该用户密码。然后重启compute节点 openstack-nova-compute.service服务。发现是身份验证的问题，关闭controller节点和自身防火墙后，问题没有解决。
