更新Maven插件后启动报Could not calculate build plan

遇到Maven资源插件从本地缓存仓库下载失败的问题时，可通过删除plugins目录下的.lastUpdated文件并执行clean操作来解决。若该文件不存在，则在C:DocumentsandSettingsAdministrator.m2下进行搜索。

解决方法：
在plugins的目录下删除 .lastUpdated结尾的文件，然后clean就可以了

如果该目录下没有.lastUpdated文件，可搜索C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\.m2下
