注：这里提到的微软的特性，就是指IE8里用meta标签指定网页所兼容的IE版本。这一问题（HTML是否要加入版本机制）的分歧非常严重，在HTML5的工作组，或者在WaSP中都是如此。我希望以后有时间再能深入探讨一下这一问题。
