Input is guaranteed to be within the range from 1 to 3999.

建两个list依次match 罗马数字。比较特殊的是一些有两位的罗马数字。

        values=[1000,900,500,400,100,90,50,40,10,9,5,4,1]
        roman=['M','CM','D','CD','C','XC','L','XL','X','IX','V','IV','I']
        list=''
        for i in range(len(values)):
            while num>=values[i]:
                num-=values[i]
                list+=roman[i]
        return list
