Symptom

KS GL journal [0807015] cannot do any operation and Fund status is In Process.(Refer to AG0950_01)

Cause

Solutions

[18-Jul-08] KS Cashier said that the status of journal[0807015] was 'In Process'.(Refer to AG0950_02)
[18-Jul-08] We encountered this kind of problem.(Refer to AG0934 AG0889 AG0779)
[21-Jul-08] According to previous solution, Kevin run the sql script as follow on TEST Server:

update gl_je_batches set budgetary_control_status='P' where je_batch_id='4984205'

update gl_bc_packets set status_code='S' where je_header_id='4357885'
[22-Jul-08] KS Casher confirmed that this problem was solved on TEST Server.(Refer to AG0950_03)
[22-Jul-08] Kevin applied it on PROD Server.
