1.安装qt

cd ~/tools/

2.安装ros_qtc_plugin插件

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:levi-armstrong/qt-libraries-xenial
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:levi-armstrong/ppa
sudo apt update
sudo apt install qt57creator-plugin-ros

之后在dash中选择qt5.9.1 ，打开qt后，在other Project有 ros workspace 选择即可
