本文分享了一位Oracle认证获得者在长时间未收到证书后，向Oracle官方请求补发证书的经历及邮件模板。通过参照该模板，遇到类似问题的人可以顺利解决证书补发的问题。
如果你超过50天左右还没有收到证书，那么证书很有可能丢了。那么你就要发邮件要求oracle重新给你寄证书。
下面是我写的，要求ORACLE重新给我寄证书的邮件内容 ，给大家一个参考.
主题你就写：10g OCA and OCP Certificate Reshipment Request
Dear Sir,
I passed the oracle database 10G:administratorⅠ(042)on 12th, Sept. 2008, and also passed oracle database 10G:administrator Ⅱ(043) on 10th,Oct. 2008, and at the same day, I submitted the application, and then i received the confirmation from results@prometric.com on 4th, Nov., 2008, but up to now, I don't still receive the certification, Please advise me the reasons why i can't recive it.Look froward to hearing from you soon.
Here is my imformation below:

Since you have not received your OCA and OCP certificates till date, we have requested for reshipment of your Oracle 10g DBA OCA and OCP success kits to the address, which you have provided. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive the same.
Meanwhile please update your current postal address at Prometric web site. Visit the Prometric web site at https://www.register.prometric.com/Login.asp to update your Address. Select the "Update Personal Information" link in the left navigation bar and follow the steps to log into your profile.
If you have problem to log in or update your profile, please mail to pro.GlobalCandidateServices@prometric.com. They would be able to assist you with your request.
