创建organization或Position时，遇到如下错误：

APP-PER-50022: Oracle Human Resources could not retrieve a value for the User Type profile option.
Please ensure it is set properly fro your responsibility.

解决办法：修改系统Profile "HR:User Type"，设置HR User。
如果系统不让修改，则参考以下：

the System Administrator may need to set the profile if the user does note have the responsibility.

Set the profile option, HR:User Type, to be updateable at the site, application, responsibility or user level so that a value can be entered.
This can be accomplished by the following steps:
Sign on to Oracle Applications
Switch responsibility to Application developer
Go to Profiles
Query--&gtFind, Type %HR% in the lov
Choose HR:User Type
Set the System administrator access to visible and updateable
