manually create the keyspace and column family on Cassandra:
CREATE KEYSPACE usertable with placement_strategy = 'org.apache.cassandra.locator.SimpleStrategy' and strategy_options = {replication_factor:3};
use usertable;
create column family data with column_type = 'Standard' and key_validation_class=UTF8Type and comparator=UTF8Type and default_validation_class=UTF8Type;

bin/ycsb load cassandra-10 -P workloads/workloada
