Usually or basically, this part is the first part of your paper ( or dissertation/thesis/report.) And it is very important for writing a good quality paper.

There are some tips we can follow, such as :

establish the context / background of your research topic followed by
the issues, problems or controversy in this study considered, and highlight the inadequacy of previous literature (synopsis of literature), then
list the research questions and hypotheses,,
explaining the siginificance or value of the study.
the last part is paper structure or organization.
