1. WARNING: The directory ‘/home/××××/.cache/pip/http’ or its parent directory is not owned by the current user and the cache has been disabled. Please check the permissions and owner of that directory. If executing pip with sudo, you may want sudo’s -H flag.

解决方案：

sudo chown -R root /home/$USERNAME/.cache/pip/
sudo chown -R root /home/$USERNAME/.cache/pip/http/

2.ModuleNotFoundError: No module named pip._internal

解决方案：

curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py -o get-pip.py
python3 get-pip.py --force-reinstall

3.Anaconda安装

https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/archive/
下载完自己需要的脚本后运行脚本.

解决方案：
numpy降级就可以解决了，python2的用pip，python3用pip3

pip3 install numpy==1.16.0

5.ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘tkinter’

解决方案：

sudo apt-get install tcl-dev tk-dev python3-tk
