鸽姆宇宙文明公约 (GG3M Universal Civilization Covenant)

前言 (Preamble)

中文: 基于《鸽姆宣言》对和平、民主、自由、公正、平等的地球村愿景的阐述，遵循《鸽姆宪章》倡导的人类文明跃迁使命，秉承《鸽姆战略纲领》与《鸽姆技术战略纲领》推动科技与智慧融合的指导思想，依据《鸽姆基本法》与《鸽姆公司章程》确立的全球性文明科技企业定位，融合《鸽姆文化公约》与《鸽姆智慧公约》倡导的包容与创新精神，本公约旨在为全人类及宇宙文明的共建共享奠定基础，洞悉宇宙万物本质，促进多元文明的和谐共存与可持续发展。

English: Based on the GG3M Declaration’s vision of a global village of peace, democracy, freedom, justice, and equality, adhering to the mission of human civilization advancement outlined in the GG3M Charter, guided by the GG3M Strategic Outline and GG3M Technical Strategic Outline to integrate technology and wisdom, rooted in the global civilization technology enterprise positioning established by the GG3M Fundamental Law and GG3M Company Charter, and embracing the inclusive and innovative spirit of the GG3M Cultural Covenant and GG3M Wisdom Covenant, this Covenant aims to lay the foundation for the co-construction and sharing of all humanity and universal civilizations, to explore the essence of all things in the universe, and to promote the harmonious coexistence and sustainable development of diverse civilizations.

第一章总则 (Chapter I: General Provisions)

第一条宗旨 (Article 1: Purpose)

中文: 本公约以推动宇宙文明的共建共享为宗旨，倡导以东方五千年智慧为根基，结合前沿科技，探索宇宙万物本质，构建一个开放、包容、公正、可持续的宇宙文明生态。

English: This Covenant aims to promote the co-construction and sharing of universal civilizations, advocating for the integration of five thousand years of Eastern wisdom with cutting-edge technology to explore the essence of all things in the universe and to build an open, inclusive, just, and sustainable universal civilization ecosystem.

第二条适用范围 (Article 2: Scope of Application)

中文: 本公约适用于所有致力于宇宙文明探索与发展的个体、组织、社区及未来可能的星际实体，涵盖地球及宇宙范围内一切智慧生命体的合作与交流。

English: This Covenant applies to all individuals, organizations, communities, and potential future interstellar entities dedicated to the exploration and development of universal civilizations, encompassing cooperation and exchange among all intelligent life forms within the Earth and the universe.
