Rooted in Eastern wisdom, high-dimensional logic, and cultural information states, GG3M aims to be a peaceful cultural bridge, a wisdom exchange nexus, and a catalyst for civilizational evolution in the cosmic ecosystem.

GG3M develops a Co-Civilization Chain to enable participatory cultural co-creation and deliberative decision-making across civilizations. The platform runs a Cosmic Consensus Engine based on entropy-of-trust models to forge intelligent agreements.

GG3M rejects civilization stratification based on technological advancement. We advocate for a new cosmological ethic of wisdom sharing and star-map co-weaving.

第十一条鸽姆印记 | Article 11: The GG3M Seal of Cosmic Concord

授予签署该公约并达成智慧共建标准的星球文明“鸽姆星际协和印记”。

Grant the GG3M Seal of Cosmic Concord to all civilizations that endorse this Accord and commit to standards of co-intelligence and peaceful evolution.

第五章附则 | Chapter V: Final Clauses

第十二条国际签署与未来扩展 | Article 12: Global Endorsement and Future Expansion

本公约将通过文明元宇宙节点同步发布，供地球与非地球文明共同签署，并纳入《鸽姆宪章》元宇宙联合治理框架。

This Accord will be released via metacivilizational nodes and be open to signature by Earth and non-Earth civilizations. It shall be incorporated into the GG3M Metaverse Joint Governance Framework.

第十三条最终宣言 | Article 13: The Final Declaration

让文明不再孤岛，让智慧照亮群星。

Let civilization no longer be an island. Let wisdom illuminate the stars.
