或者，执行pip show torch和pip show numpy查看版本信息

解决

pip install torch==0.4.1.post2

I checked it again and found that pytorch should be 0.4.1.post2 instead of 0.4.1 (not tested with 1.0.0).

only installed torch-0.4.1.post2 works for me and don‘t downgrading the numpy
version from 1.15.4 -> 1.15.0！！！！ I reinstall the numpy version 1.16。
