清清楚楚x64，所以反复下载和安装中英文版本vcredist_x64.exe n次，依然报错。

下载并安装.net framework
依然报错。

装不上难受得紧啊，背水一战，下载并安装vcredist_x86.exe，成功了。
所以是为什么。
