题目大意:给你一个二维矩阵,刚开始初始化都为0
现在有两种操作
C x1 y1 x2 y2:将矩阵(x1,y1) (x2,y2)内的值取非
Q x1 y1:询问(x1,y1)这个数的值
解题思路:二维树状数组
