Description

The CK7406 consists of one independent, high gain,

internally frequency compensated operational

amplifiers which was designed to operate from a

single power supply over a wide range of voltages.

The input common mode range of the CK7406 can be

closely the rails, and the CK7406 is with rail-to-rails

output voltage swing. The quiescent current is 5mA,

typically.

The CK7406 also feature fast slewing, as well as high

output drive capability (source/sink). These features

make this amplifier ideal for use as reference buffers

for TFT-LCD. Other applications include battery

power, portable devices, and anywhere low power

consumption is important.

Other features include over current protection (OCP)

and thermal shutdown protection (OTP). The CK7406

is available in a space saving WQFN16, TSSOP14

package.
