DBC理事会竞选宣讲开始报名

根据DBC链上治理机制，下一届理事会将于22天后选出。为了帮助各位参选人更好的向社区展示自己，DBC基金会及DBC社区管理员将协助各位竞选人向社区展开竞选宣讲，竞选人可根据本公告的流程进行报名。

竞选宣讲虽不是参选理事会的强制环节，但绝对是一个向社区展示自己的拉票机会。我们强烈建议各位竞选人积极准备竞选提纲、参与宣讲。

即使不进行宣讲，我们也强烈建议各位准备竞选提纲并发布至官方reddit，我们会通过官方推特转发来帮助竞选人向社区宣传。

1.链上提交候选人

理事会竞选投票在链上进行，因此参选人必须在DBC主网进行链上提交。

注意：提交候选人后，请修改好链上身份信息（用户名），且在选举期间尽量不要改动，以便于社区成员将链下宣讲人与链上参选者账户对应起来。

2.通过邮件向DBC团队邮箱进行报名

以【理事会竞选报名+你的用户名】为标题，发送报名邮件至DBC团队邮箱service@deepbrainchain.org, 并提供以下信息：

（1）你的链上身份信息

（2）可以简单介绍一下自己，包括国家、擅长的领域（如技术领域、市场领域等）

（3）你的社交平台联系方式（telegram 或微信），以便后续沟通宣讲安排

3.准备竞选宣言

候选人可将自己的竞选宣言发布至DBC reddit社区https://www.reddit.com/r/DBC_Council/，并添加【Council Election】flair。

竞选宣言可以包括以下几个方面：

（1）链上身份信息

（2）简单自我介绍（国家、行业等）

（3）为DBC做过什么贡献

（4）当选理事会后打算做哪些事情，比如：

是否有时间参与理事会的会议、日常提案处理；

是否会在参选后提出或发掘出多个优质提案；

会在哪些领域为DBC项目作出贡献

……

4.预约宣讲时间

我们会在3月8日左右，开始为候选人在DBC官方社区安排竞选宣讲。各位参选人可以在完成提纲后，通过邮件或联系社区管理员，将提纲链接反馈给DBC团队，并告知你方便的宣讲时间（需在工作日）。团队会协调时间，并在宣讲开始前在官方推特及社群进行预热。

How to participate in campaign pitch for DBC council election

According to the DBC on-chain governance mechanism, the next council will be elected in 24 days. In order to help the candidates better show themselves to the community, the DBC Foundation and DBC community admins will assist the candidates to conduct campaign pitch to the community. Candidates can apply to participate according to the process of this announcement.

The campaign pitch is not a mandatory part, but it is definitely a canvassing opportunity to present yourself to the community. We strongly recommend that all candidates actively prepare the outline and participate in the presentation.

If you don't want to do the campaign pitch, we still strongly recommend that you prepare a election manifesto and post it to the official reddit, and we will retweet it through the official Twitter and thus public it to the community.

1.Submit candidacy on-chain

Council election votes are conducted on-chain, so candidates must submit candidacy on DBC mainnet.

Note: After submitting, please modify the identity information (username) on-chain, and try not to change it during the election, so that community members can match the off-chain preacher with the on-chain candidate account.

2. Send email to the DBC team

Send email to service@deepbrainchain.org with the title of [Council election registration + your on-chain username], and provide the following information:

(1) Your on-chain identity information

(2) Please briefly introduce yourself, including the country and field you are good at (such as technology, marketing, etc.)

(3) Your social platform contact information (telegram or WeChat) for follow-up communication.

3. Prepare your election manifesto

Candidates can post their campaign manifesto to the DBC reddit community https://www.reddit.com/r/DBC_Council/ and add [Council Election] flair.

The campaign manifesto can include the following:

(1) On-chain identity information

(2) Brief self-introduction (country, industry, etc.)

(3) What contributions have you made to DBC?

(4) What do you plan to do after being elected to the council, such as:

have sufficient time to participate in council meetings and daily proposal processing;

make multiple high-quality proposals;

In which areas will you contribute to the DBC project；

...

4.Schedule a presentation time

We will start arranging campaign pitch for candidates in DBC official community around March 8. After completing your campaign manifesto, candidates can send the link back to the DBC team by email or contact the community admins, and give us your preferred time to do the presentation (needs to be on working days). The team will coordinate the time and do some warm up on the official Twitter and community before the presentation starts.
