解决Anaconda创建环境时报错：PackagesNotFoundError

创建环境时出现以下报错：

解决方法

为当前用户重新配置conda-forge渠道

conda config --add channels conda-forge
conda config --set channel_priority strict

重新创建环境，如：

conda create -n open-mmlab python=3.8 -y
