Before running the command roslaunch, we need to create a .launch file, which should follow the XML format. Following the instruction, a block of code should be copied to file named turtlemimic.launch. But here, the point is if you select the code presented in the instruction, the line numbers will be also selected automatically and copied to turtlemimic.launch file as the content of the file. This will cause an error(Invalid roslaunch XML syntax...) when you enter roslaunch beginner_tutorials turtlemimic.launch. The solution is to remove the line numbers you selected as the content in the file. Then save the change of the file and run the command roslaunch, you will get a result as told in the instruction in the following step.
