手动的安装方法：
我的MyEclipse的plugins目录“D:\MyEclipse 7.0M1\eclipse\plugins\”
解压ADT-0.9.7.zip文件，
只复制plugins下的两个jar文件（com.android.ide.eclipse.adt_0.9.7.v201005071157-36220.jar、 com.android.ide.eclipse.ddms_0.9.7.v201005071157-36220.jar）
到目录“D:\MyEclipse 7.0M1\eclipse\plugins\”下
编辑文件D:\MyEclipse 7.0M1\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator\bundles.info
加入:
com.android.ide.eclipse.adt,0.9.7.v201005071157-36220,file:plugins\com.android.ide.eclipse.adt_0.9.7.v201005071157-36220.jar,4,false
com.android.ide.eclipse.ddms,0.9.7.v201005071157-36220,file:plugins\com.android.ide.eclipse.ddms_0.9.7.v201005071157-36220.jar,4,false
格式是有要求的：包名,版本号,文件路经,4,false（后面两项我也不知道是什么含义）
重启MyEclipse
