1、显示或隐藏时的动画

android:animateLayoutChanges=“true”

        android:layout_height="wrap_content"
        android:animateLayoutChanges="true"
        android:orientation="vertical">

            android:layout_height="wrap_content"
            android:text="刷新" />

        <android.support.v7.widget.RecyclerView
            android:id="@+id/mRecyclerView"
            android:layout_width="match_parent"

            tools:listitem="@layout/kd_enet_item_app" />
    </LinearLayout>

1、在RecyclerView的外层布局添加：android:animateLayoutChanges=“true”；
2、只对RecyclerView的显示或隐藏起作用，对Adapter的数据改变不生效；

2、LayoutAnimationController

        val lac = LayoutAnimationController(
            AnimationUtils
                .loadAnimation(this, R.anim.reclerview_anim)
        )
        lac.delay = 0.5f
        lac.order = LayoutAnimationController.ORDER_RANDOM
        nViewDataBinding.mRecyclerView.layoutAnimation = lac
