磁盘碎片过多导致vmware converter迁移物理机到exsi失败

在将虚拟机从xenserver迁移到vsphere时遇到写入错误，通过使用SmartDefrag工具整理磁盘碎片后，成功解决了迁移问题。

使用converter 将3台xenserver上的虚拟机（windserver）迁移到exsi（vsphere）上，两台顺利迁移成功，有一台始终不行，百度也没查到对应的解决方法。后来看报错怀疑是不是磁盘碎片太多导致。然后网上下载了SmaftDefrag碎片整理工具。使用工具整理后。迁移成功。

如果大家在迁移的时候不成功，且各种方法都尝试了，可以试试整理磁盘碎片，也许就能迁移了。
