在高版本SDK中，TopSmoothScroller已移除，使用LinearSmoothScroller实现平滑滚动到RecyclerView指定item。当需要使选定item成为可见区域的第一个时，该方法特别适用，但需注意滑动位置取决于下方是否有足够的item填充可见区域。
