eclipse安装SVN插件报错Unable to connect

【help】-> install new sofeware… -> install窗口的work with填写：http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.12.x之后就一直回车键，accept。等待完成
但是下载到50%就报错:Unable to connect to repository http://subclipse.tigris.org/update/content.xml Unable to connect to
解决方法一：翻墙，报错说明没法连接
方法二：下载后【help】-> install new sofeware… -> install窗口点击add，用local打开到解压后的文件即可
