1.安装软件

sudo apt-get install xinetd telnetd

2.新建/etc/inetd.conf：

telnet stream tcp nowait telnetd /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/in.telnetd

3.编辑/etc/xinetd.conf文件：

defaults
{
