*down load and install the virtualbox through UBUNTU Software Center.
*new an System steps by steps using default setting.
*before startup,setting the Storage option,browse and select an image iso file. then start it. the install process is similar with the regular system installation. You have to new some partitions format them and do things like that.

*Install Guest Additions
$cd /media/VBOXADDITIONS
$sudo sh ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

*download VBoxGuestAdditions_4.1.2.iso put it in /usr/share/virtualbox/
or add it in the Storage setting. Enter the XP system in VirtualBox,double click it,start the installation.
*To share folders between ubuntu and xp in virtulbox, Setting--Data space--add new Data space--Set Auto-Mount to true...done.
