创建web项目(都会的,就不说明了)
创建配置文件目录config(和src同级)
创建包结构
2.导入jar包
mybatis的jar包 + spring的jar包 + mybatis和spring的整合包
springmvc的jar包(属于spring,无需整合)

3.配置文件
(一)首先配置web.xml
配置监听器装载spring的配置文件(指定位置)
以及配置springmvc的配置文件位置,延迟启动
