解法1:

直接使用STL:

        const int u = distance(nums.begin(), prev(upper_bound(nums.begin(), nums.end(), target)));

解法2:

二分查找,分别找到第一个和最后一个数

            int mid = (first + last) / 2;
            if(nums[mid] == target){
                if(mid == first || nums[mid - 1] != target)
                    return mid;

            }
            else if(nums[mid] > target)
                last = mid - 1;
            else
                first = mid + 1;
        }
        return -1;
    }
    
    int upper_bound(vector<int> &nums, int target){
        int first = 0, last = nums.size() - 1;

            if(nums[mid] == target){
                if(mid == last || nums[mid + 1] != target)
                    return mid;
                else
                    first = mid + 1;
            }
            else if(nums[mid] > target)
                last = mid - 1;
