【Short Brain】（十一）——Taoism

Story

There was a beautiful and kind Japanese girl Tomoe. She wanted to fight a gorilla. She contemplated her goal.She think calmly and solwly. She got a news that a gorilla has the brute strength, like animal and surper strong. Then Tomoe want to strained to lift weight. So she decided to go to gum every day. Everyday she tried very hard to practice. She got stronger and stronger. She proceed to flow her plan. She continued to want fight a gorilla. So she flow to Africa. She saw the  huge,strong, brute  gorilla.But there was a problem that the gorilla had a little cute baby. Then Tomoe visualized ,she imagein when she fight with gorilla ,the baby was crying. Tomoe took the baby into consideration. Finially Tomoes dicided that play basketball with gorilla and baby. Beacuse Tomoe always took the basketball in trival everytime. Then they all very happy.

The girl comtemplated her goal. She thinks calmly and solwly. 

for exampal, if you have some problem that  you  need to contemplate your problems. Don't think about them,don't strain. Just contemplate your problems.

It means to have a calm mind,calm brain,very relaxed.

It's the opposite of straining your head, straining your mind. 

Do you remember the meditate? 

• brute 

The girl has the brute strength. 

It means very strong like animal.So brute strenght means strenght like an animal,very ans super strong.

• proceed 

Tomoe became stronger and stronger. Then she proceed to follow her plan.

It means continue to do somethings.

• visualize

When Tomoe knew that the girl has a cute baby. She visualized when she fighting with her, the baby will crying.

It means imagain.

• consideration

take sb into consideration.It means to think about sonething,to think about it.

Tomoe took the baby into consideration. So she decided that she wouldn't fight with the girl.

What do you learn from the story?

Do you have a question like why the title of the story is Taoism? In fact I can't understand at the first. But then I listen the Taoism Main Text, I can know why it's the Taoism. 

——Taoism

Taoism it's spelled with a "T",T-a-o-i-s-m., but it's pronounced"D" like DTaoismaoism. That no logic about it . Maybe because that the Chinese means “道家”. Like “功夫”—Gongfu is "Kongfu" in English.

Taosim is a phiosophy ,not really a religion. It's really a nature philosophy. The basic idea of Taosim is that you should follow nature,be part of nature. And if you live with nature instead of fighting it, your life will be much more successful and happy and easy.

Do you remember  the Walden， remember that lesson? It has a similar kind of feeling. We just go with them. 

Do you know what is natural? .In fact Taoism is the book's name. There was a cection from his book talks about the subconscious.Do you remember? Our brain working all the  time but you don't know. The brain that makes our heart beat..right? we don't need to think aoubt it. We needn't tell our heart to beat now beat now.It;s automatic.It's natural.

Like we study the mini-story. Our brain like the story and  we will naturally learn more vocabulary and grammar in the story .Just follow the mini-stioy's system completely. Our subconscious brain will just strat to remember The vacabulary. 

I belives that we will naturally strat to speak more corectly,more quickly. So it's the Taosim of learning English.
