Windows下：could not open input file：D：Apache的解决办法
在windows下用命令符运行php代码，寻思能直接出结果，结果报了如下错误：
could not open input file：D：Apache
解决方法
原因有两种：
第一种：原因就是php命令行使用方法不正确而已，PHP命令行正确使用方法如下
方法1：让 PHP 运行指定文件
F:\php7>php index.php
F:\php7>php -f index.php
以上两种方法（使用或不使用 -f 参数）都能够运行给定的 my_script.php..
