自2012年4月30日起，WIPO国际局针对国际商标申请中的不规范问题，将通过挂号邮件通知申请人或其代表。同时，关于基于异议的临时拒绝、商标临时状态、保护授予及无效通知，将改用标准邮件。电子通信自2007年起已提供，鼓励申请人和代表利用此快速、高效和安全的沟通方式。

　　1. From April 30, 2012, the International Bureau of WIPO will send by registered mail, to applicants or to their appointed representatives, notifications relating to irregularities in international applications
