Location位置可以从官网找最新的，点击https://www.eclipse.org/babel/downloads.php进入 ，如图，复制https://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/R0.19.0/2021-06/，填到上面的那个location处
4、点OK，选择Language Packs in Chinese(Simplified),然后点两个next，然后在安装，稍等一会
5、点 Iaccept the terms of the license agreement
6、安装完，重启下eclipse就是中文了
