shutdown未初始化的ScheduledExecutorService导致udp无法接收

在java做UDP文件传输的时候碰到这样一个问题:

开头的时候收发一个文件很正常,传完了一个文件之后就不能再传了,能发消息,但收不到消息。

经查,是由于在文件传输完毕的时候,关闭2个定时器ScheduledExecutorService,

而其中一个定时器是未初始化的,删掉这一句就ok了
