一、（这种方法亲测可以）

先备份一下TOOLS文件夹里的文件
TEMP里会有一个tools_r15-windows.zip文件，解压后，里面会有tools文件夹，将 tools的文件全部复制出来
替换掉TOOLS里的文件
再启动更新就可以了！
