第三章部分函数和类移除D2L再加回来【动手学深度学习】

的API实现,如果最后训练时,出现d2l缺失train_ch3()的错误。是因为d2l库,这是这个课程定义的库,应该是版本问题原来的函数被删除了,可以自己手动去路径
