conda 解决创建环境失败的问题

在安装conda新环境时，运行：

conda create --name tf1 python=3.6

出现如下错误：

An unexpected error has occurred. Conda has prepared the above report.
If submitted, this report will be used by core maintainers to improve
future releases of conda.

解决方法

conda clean -i
