Given an integer, write a function to determine if it is a power of two.

分析：

简单题，判断一个数是否是2的倍数。我先统计出给定数的二进制中1的个数，如果个数大于1，则为False。

        if n <= 0:
            return False
        count = 0
        while n:
            n &= n - 1
