门诊自助服务系统的设计与实现

摘要

计算机网络与信息化管理相配合，可以有效地提高管理人员的工作效能和改进工作的质量。良好的门诊自助服务系统可以使管理员工作得到更好的管理和应用，并有助于管理员更好地管理门诊自助，并有助于解决人力管理中出现的差错等问题。因此一套好的门诊自助服务系统可以起到很大的效果。

该管理系统利用MVC设计模式，利用了C#语言和SQL Server存储数据,VS为开发环境。该系统采用了ASP.NET技术，同时实现并完成了该系统的全部功能，系统的首要角色是管理者和用户。主要功能包括挂号预约、医保支付、科室排班、用户管理等等功能。本系统针对病人和医生提供了挂号功能、缴费功能、就诊功能、个人信息修改等服务。

该系统在完成基础的门诊自助服务的功能的情况下，合理拓展如文件上传，数据分析等功能，一定程度解决了门诊工作量大，出错率高，耗时长等问题。简化门诊预约挂号、医保支付等流程，提高办事效率，优化患者体验。为门诊自助服务提供一个良好的管理平台。本系统美观简洁的页面对医生就诊工作有良好的辅助作用，有效地提高了医生的工作效率。本系统实现了医院管理信息化，建立了规范的医疗系统体系。

ABSTRACT

The combination of computer network and information management can effectively improve the work efficiency and quality of management personnel. A good outpatient self-service system can enable administrators to better manage and apply their work, help administrators better manage outpatient self-service, and help solve errors and other problems in human resources management. In order to adapt to the current trend of hospital informatization development, this article utilizes information systems and software engineering technology to develop an online medical management system.
