1.Udp实现聊天室,和Tcp不同的是Udp协议下发送的消息不经过服务器,直接由一个客户端发送到另一个客户端。
2.Udp聊天的真实案例就是在浏览器里,和医生咨询,这个大部分是用UDP实现的。
3.这个聊天室是由发送线程TalkReceive和接收线程TalkSend组成。
TalkSend:构造方法传入的是发送端口号,要发送到的IP,和接收信息的端口号。
