动态设置窗口大小，并居中

1、设置窗口大小

 SystemParameters.WorkArea.Width///得到屏幕工作区域宽度

 SystemParameters.WorkArea.Height///得到屏幕工作区域高度

 if (SystemParameters.WorkArea.Height > SystemParameters.WorkArea.Width)
            {
                this.Height = SystemParameters.WorkArea.Width * 0.5;
                this.Width = SystemParameters.WorkArea.Width * 0.8;得到屏幕工作区域宽度
            }
            else
            {
                this.Height = SystemParameters.WorkArea.Height * 0.5;
                this.Width = SystemParameters.WorkArea.Height * 0.8;得到屏幕工作区域宽度
            }

使窗口按照8：5比例大小

2、设置窗口居中

 double left = (SystemParameters.WorkArea.Width - this.ActualWidth) / 2 + SystemParameters.WorkArea.Left;
            double top = (SystemParameters.WorkArea.Height - this.ActualHeight) / 2 + SystemParameters.WorkArea.Top;

            this.Left = left;
            this.Top = top;
