STM32的一个小实验：外部中断+定时器中断

题目：在Proteus仿真平台上，在STM32的PC0上连接按钮，并设置成外部中断模式，在中断回调函数中编写代码，实现：当按钮按下时，PA6上连接的LED闪烁3次，每次间隔0.5秒。0.5秒时间间隔的控制用TIM定时器实现。

         特别要注意：小灯泡的方向、上拉电阻！
