SSM标准配置文件

1.jar包

配置spring的contextLoadListener
配置springmvc的前端控制器及两个filter（post乱码、Put/delete请求）
3.创建并配置springmvc.xml

内部资源视图解析器

4.创建并配置beans.xml
扫描包[除了controller、controllerAdvice]
加载properties配置文件
配置数据源
配置数据源事务管理
开启基于注解的事务支持
SqlSessionFactoryBean

configLocation:加载mybatis的全局配置文件
MapperScannerConfigurer类
basePackage:dao层的包名
