whl文件放在anaconda目录下；1.X 和2.X tf版本的问题，layer、ConfidProto 和 session 会报错； No module named ‘mxnet‘；DGL下载出错

 这个错误的原因大概就是你安装的tensorflow版本和你的cpu功能对不上。

将下载好的whl文件放在anaconda目录下：
