安装好PaddleHub后，无法import

报出如下两个问题：
问题一：

DeprecationWarning: Using or importing the ABCs from ‘collections’ instead of from ‘collections.abc’ is deprecated, and in 3.8 it will stop working from collections import Mapping, defaultdict

解决方案：找到出错的位置
例如：from collections import Iterable
修改成：from collections.abc import Iterable

问题二：

python json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

解决方案：
1、C:\Users\AL.paddlehub\conf\config.json
打开此文件添加：
{ "server_url": [ "http://paddlepaddle.org.cn/paddlehub" ], "resource_storage_server_url": "https://bj.bcebos.com/paddlehub-data/", "debug": false, "log_level": "DEBUG" }
2、保存后就好了
