原因分析：

applicationContext.xml中的sqlSessionFactory中的mapperLocation出了问题

例如：

    <!--sqlSessionFactory-->
    <bean id="sqlSessionFactory" class="org.mybatis.spring.SqlSessionFactoryBean">
        <property name="dataSource" ref="dataSource" />
        <!--绑定Mybatis配置文件-->
        <property name="configLocation" value="classpath:mybatis-config.xml"/>
        <property name="mapperLocations" value="com/chen/mapper/UserMapper.xml"/>
        //上面这行少写了一个classpath
    </bean>
正确代码如下
	<!--sqlSessionFactory-->
    <bean id="sqlSessionFactory" class="org.mybatis.spring.SqlSessionFactoryBean">
        <property name="dataSource" ref="dataSource" />
        <!--绑定Mybatis配置文件-->
