内容为：registry=https://registry.npmmirror.com。如果报版本不匹配，可指定版本npm install pnpm@8.6.12 -g。语句：npm install pnpm -g。控制台执行：pnpm install。建一个文件：文件名为.npmrc。运行pnpm run serve。安装node，取官网最新的就行。出现这个地址说明已经启动好了。
