一、问题复现

昨日刚把mac升级到macOS Catalina 10.15.3
升级系统
今日到公司准备提交代码是发现svn出现invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun异常导致无法使用

二、解决办法

① 打开终端，博主使用的是iTerm,输入：xcode-select --install

****deMacBook-Pro:~ ****$ xcode-select --install
xcode-select: note: install requested for command line developer tools

② 系统会弹出安装界面，根据提示同意安装即可
安装成功
③ 在终端查看一下svn版本，输入svn --version

*****deMacBook-Pro:~ ****$ svn --version
svn, version 1.10.4 (r1850624)
   compiled Dec 13 2019, 19:47:45 on x86_64-apple-darwin18.0.0

The following repository access (RA) modules are available:

* ra_svn : Module for accessing a repository using the svn network protocol.
  - with Cyrus SASL authentication
  - handles 'svn' scheme
* ra_local : Module for accessing a repository on local disk.
  - handles 'file' scheme
* ra_serf : Module for accessing a repository via WebDAV protocol using serf.
  - using serf 1.3.9 (compiled with 1.3.9)
  - handles 'http' scheme
  - handles 'https' scheme

The following authentication credential caches are available:

* Plaintext cache in /Users/****/.subversion
* GPG-Agent
* Mac OS X Keychain

看到这样的结果说明svn已经可以使用了

④ 重启Idea，启动项目，成功
