3、以whl包为例，将下载的whl包放入对应工程的\site-packages下。1、不知道为什么pip安装时总是找不到特定的版本，解决办法：手动下载安装。2、直接在pip官网搜索相对应的版本的包，下载tar.gz 或 whl包。安装后，pycharm会自动检测到。
